GLOWUP Giveaway Terms and Conditions

THE ULTIMATE GLOW-UP GIVEAWAY: OFFICIAL RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsors. This giveaway is sponsored by Bar & Bar (@barandbar.co) (“Sponsor”) together with Lissy Skincare (@lissyskincare), Gimme Beauty (@gimmebeauty), and Greedy Haircare (@greedy.haircare) (the “Partners”).

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

4. Entry Period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time on October 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on November 9, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

5. How to Enter.

  • Comment the keyword: Comment GLOWUP on the official giveaway post on Instagram. An automated direct message will then collect your email address to complete your entry.
  • Share for additional entries: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @barandbar.co, @lissyskincare, @gimmebeauty, and @greedy.haircare. Each verified share earns 1 additional entry. Shares from private accounts cannot be verified and will not count.
  • Landing page: If you prefer not to use Instagram, enter at https://barandbar.com/pages/giveaway by submitting your email address.

Limit one comment entry and one landing page entry per person. Entries made by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.

6. Prizes.

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): The complete prize bundle from all participating brands, with an approximate retail value of $379:

    • Bar & Bar: 2 Duo packs of the winner’s choice ($40 each); 2 Lather and Last bags ($10 each); 2 travel tins ($10 each)
  • Follow Up Prizes (10 winners): One Bar & Bar Duo of the winner’s choice, with an approximate retail value of $40 each.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $779. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. Eleven (11) winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, and additional entries earned through sharing increase an entrant’s chances. Winners will be notified by email and Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners will be announced publicly after they have responded and confirmed their prize.

8. Prize Fulfillment. Prizes will be shipped within fourteen (14) days after the winner responds and confirms their prize and shipping address. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and for providing a valid shipping address within the United States. Sponsor and Partners are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

9. Privacy. By entering, you agree that the email address you provide will be collected and used by Sponsor for marketing purposes, including email communications, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://barandbar.com/pages/privacy-policy. Your email address will not be shared with Partners. Winner information needed to ship prizes, such as name and shipping address, may be shared with the Partners fulfilling them. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor, Partners, and their employees and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of a prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway.

12. Governing Law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
