Our Story

We’re a team of experienced formulators, makers, and entrepreneurs who knew we could excel with no-compromise haircare. Everything was either trapped in plastic bottles or offered mediocre performance—especially the bars. The few solid options out there? Full of fillers that left our hair and skin dull and lifeless. So, we made our own.

It started in our showers with our own hair. Then the word spread.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Every single truckload of our shampoo bars eliminates approximately 135,000–145,000 plastic shampoo bottles from the waste stream and prevents approximately 42,000 liters (over 11,000 U.S. gallons) of purified water from being unnecessarily bottled, shipped around the world, and then poured straight down the drain.

Because of our concentrated bar format, not only are we doing our part in reducing landfill waste, each truckload of our shampoo bars also avoids over 110 metric tonnes of CO2e emissions—equivalent to taking 50 gas-powered cars off the road for a year.
